Before you start

  • The customer record already exists and you know when the work should happen.

What you'll do

Add one visit to the calendar so the office, route, and crew can move on it without building a repeat schedule.

Do this

  1. 1

Start from the customer record or calendar

Use the path your office normally books work from, but make sure you are working on the right customer before you save anything.

  2. 2

Create the job as a single visit

Enter the service, date, time window, and crew notes, then leave any recurring pattern turned off so the job stays one-and-done.

  3. 3

Check the calendar and assignment before you leave

Make sure the visit landed on the right day, is not colliding with other work, and can still be assigned cleanly to a crew.

Use this for

Use one-time jobs for cleanups, add-on work, storm calls, inspections, or any visit that should not repeat automatically.
