What you'll do
Attach the right crew to the work so they see it in the field app and the route stays usable.
Do this

Open the scheduled job that still needs a crew
Start from the calendar or job list and make sure the job date, service details, and address are already correct before assigning anyone.

Pick the crew that fits the work and route
Choose based on skill, availability, and where that crew is already working so you do not create unnecessary drive time.

Confirm the crew can actually see it
Check the job status, assigned date, and route after saving so the field team gets the update and the stop order still makes sense.
If the crew still cannot see the job
Check the assigned date, crew filters, route date, and whether the job is still sitting in a status that keeps it out of the field view.
