Setup guide: new owners get a four-step guide (Your business, Your services, Your first customer, Your first quote) with optional Tax, Get paid, Your team, and Install steps. Reopen it any time from Settings → Setup Guide.
Quotes: create an invoice directly from an approved quote (Create Invoice on the quote), with deposits and milestones respected.
PDFs: quotes, invoices, and customer statements are generated on the server and attached to the emails Zentive sends.
Customer portal: shows your logo and brand colors, and now has an Agreements section.
Reports: one revenue definition across every money report (payments received minus refunds, by the date money came in), date-range presets, and comparison to the prior period.
Service Agreements: new work → Recurring service walks you through the agreement with explicit pricing; visit frequency and billing frequency are separate choices.
Owner My Work: assign a job to yourself and run it from the crew view.
Emails to you: a Monthly Business Review, plus alerts when a customer's email bounces or an invoice email fails.

Invoices: delivery tracking with bounce alerts, past-due flips for partially paid invoices, a Retry now action for failed autopay charges, balance write-offs, customer credits, and cash discounts.
Customer portal: voided invoices and refunds are shown; the cash-discount offer is prominent when enabled.
Crew app: rebuilt offline mode (snapshot banner, pending sync badge, sync tray), push notifications linked to jobs, job reassignment handled in the field.
Routing: bulk route deletion, dispatcher-chosen crews for route builds, clearer labels for unrouted jobs.
QuickBooks: cash discounts sync as a discount line, partial in-person payments sync, refunds are no longer double-posted.
