What you'll do
You will turn a route you repeat often into a saved template your team can reuse instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Do this
- 1
Open route templates
Go to Schedule, then Route Templates.

Create a new template
Name the route after the area, crew, or service day your team already uses.

Add stops
Choose the customer or job stops that usually belong together.

Order the stops
Review the map and stop order before saving the template.

Use it on a real day
Apply the template to an upcoming schedule and adjust only the exceptions.
When templates help most
Templates are strongest for weekly maintenance routes, commercial service days, pool or lawn neighborhoods, and routes that repeat with small changes.
