Before you start

  • The customer has an account invite or reset link.

What you'll do

The customer will access the portal and know what to do if sign-in fails.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open the portal sign-in page

    Use the customer sign-in link provided by Zentive or the business.

  2. 2

    Enter the account details

    Use the email and password tied to the portal account.

  3. 3

    Reset if needed

    If the password does not work, request a reset instead of guessing repeatedly.
