Make sure they are in the correct portal account first.

Go to the section that lists past work, invoices, or service notes.

Review the record they need
Open the specific visit or invoice so the customer can confirm the details.
If something looks missing
Check the main customer account in Zentive to confirm the record exists and is tied to the right portal access.
