Before you start

  • Employees or crew members are already invited.
  • You know which training items matter for the role.

What you'll do

You will create a simple training path so team members know what to complete and owners can see progress.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open Training & Team

    Go to Settings, then Training & Team, or open the training report.

  2. 2

    Choose a role or team member

    Start with the people who need the same field or office process.

  3. 3

    Add required items

    Include onboarding, safety, customer communication, job status, photos, notes, and route procedures as needed.

    Review progress

    Use training reports to see who is complete, overdue, or ready for the next skill.

Make training practical

Use short, role-specific training items tied to real work. Long generic lists are harder for crews to finish and harder for owners to trust.
