What it answers
Crew KPIs for a date range: completed jobs, completed revenue, hour variance, on-time arrival, closeout completion, equipment readiness, training completion.
What's on the page
- Tiles with plain-language definitions; red or green shading flags KPIs off target.
- On-time arrival counts anytime jobs as on time if started within their window.
- Hour variance compares tracked time to planned time for jobs that have both.
- Leaderboard chart per crew; Employee Scorecards has the same per person.
Every report works the same way
Date presets (This month, Last 30 days, This year) or a custom Start and End date; Month / Quarter / Year grouping where it applies; stat tiles with a comparison to the prior period; charts; a table; and CSV and PDF buttons at the top right (the PDF includes the charts).
