You will use the invoice reporting screen to review payment status and invoice totals in one place.
Do this

Open Reports
Go to the reporting area from the main navigation.

Choose Invoice Reports
Open the invoice report screen and set any filters you need.

Review or export the results
Use the table or export action for follow-up and office cleanup.
