Export the exact report you are looking at so you can save it, email it, or review it outside the app.

Set the filters before you export
Make sure the report is already showing the right date range, crew, customer group, or status. The export usually reflects exactly what is on screen.

Choose the export or download option
Use the export action on the report screen and pick the format your bookkeeper or team actually needs.

Open the file and spot-check it right away
Confirm the date range, totals, and columns before you send it out. It is faster to catch a bad export now than after someone has already used it.
Before you send it
If you export several reports in a row, rename the files clearly so your team knows which one is revenue, invoices, expenses, or quote activity.
