Before you start

  • You have the lead's contact details.

What you'll do

You will add the lead and keep the opportunity from getting lost before the estimate stage.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open Lead Management

    Go to the lead area under Customers & Leads.

  2. 2

    Create the lead

    Add the contact details, job location, and any notes you already have.

  3. 3

    Save and review the stage

    Confirm the lead appears in the correct stage so follow-up is easy.
