Turn a lead into a working customer record so the job can move from sales into operations.

Do this

    Open the lead

    Go to the pipeline and open the prospect that is ready to move ahead.

    Convert the record

    Use the convert or promote action so the lead becomes an active customer.

  3. 3

    Review the finished customer profile

    Confirm the address, contact details, and notes carried over correctly.

What usually happens next

Most teams create a quote right after the lead becomes a customer so the momentum is not lost.
