Before you start

  • Your customer sheet is ready.
  • You are signed in as an owner or admin.

What you'll do

You will upload your customer list so your office team can stop retyping names, addresses, and phone numbers.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open Customers & Leads

Go to the customer list area and choose the import option.

  2. 2

    Download the template first

Use the Zentive import template so columns line up correctly.

  3. 3

    Upload the file

Attach the completed file and start the import.

  4. 4

    Review failed rows

If some rows fail, fix those records and upload only the corrected entries.

Check this

Most import problems come from missing names, invalid phone numbers, or addresses not matching the template format.

Fastest fix first

  1. 1

    Import failed right away?

Download the template again and copy your sheet into the fresh version before retrying.

  2. 2

Some customers imported and some did not?

Review the failed rows, fix only those rows, and upload the smaller corrected file.
