Add crew members quickly so they can log in, see their work, and stay connected in the field.

Before you start

  • You have the employee name and email or phone details.

What you'll do

You will add crew members so they can create passwords and start using the field app.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open the employee area

    Go to the schedule or employee management section.

  2. 2

    Add the employee details

    Enter the crew member details carefully so the invite goes to the right person.

  3. 3

    Send the invite

    Send the invitation and confirm it appears in the employee list.

  4. 4

    Follow up if needed

    If the crew member says they never got it, resend the invite or reset their access.
