What you'll do
The crew member will sign in and land in the field app instead of getting stuck at login.
Do this

Open the crew sign-in page
Use the crew-specific sign-in path, not the owner or customer sign-in.

Enter the right account details
Use the same email or invite details tied to the crew account.

Reset if needed
If the password does not work, use reset instead of repeated attempts.
