What this usually means
The crew member is usually in the wrong business, the job is not assigned yet, or the app needs a quick refresh after signal comes back.

If signal just came back, refresh the jobs list first.

Confirm the right business is selected
If the crew member works in more than one business, switch to the correct one.

Check assignment
Have the owner or office confirm the job is assigned to that crew.
Check this
- The job date is today or in the expected range.
- The crew member is signed in with the right account.
- The job was not moved, canceled, or reassigned.
