What you'll do
Tracked assets feed three things: the Dispatch Center's Equipment ready check, the Equipment Utilization report, and the Equipment maintenance email that warns you before service is due.
Do this

Settings → Equipment & Assets → Add Equipment Asset
Asset Name, Category, Asset Code (for example EQ-102), Status (Available, In service, Out of service), Assigned Crew, Maintenance Due Date, Last Service Date, Maintenance Interval in days, Notes.

Link to services
In Settings → Products & Services, add the asset under Equipment & tools on each service that needs it. Jobs using that service then show the asset in their field execution plan.

Maintenance
The Maintenance watch tile counts overdue and due-soon assets. When you complete service on an asset, the maintenance-complete action rolls the next due date forward by the interval.
