Before you start

  • Mailchimp is already connected in Zentive.

What you'll do

Check the most common sync blockers so your customer audience updates the way you expect.

Do this

  1. 1

    Confirm Mailchimp still shows as connected

    Open integrations and make sure the connection did not expire or disconnect.

  2. 2

    Check which audience is selected

    Make sure Zentive is pointing at the right Mailchimp audience or list before syncing.

  3. 3

    Run the sync again after cleaning up mismatches

    Fix duplicate contacts or bad mapping issues first, then retry the sync.

What support needs

If the sync still fails, send the audience name and the exact error you see instead of just saying Mailchimp is broken.
