Before you start
- You can sign in to both Zentive and the QuickBooks account you want to connect.
What you'll do
Create the first QuickBooks connection so accounting-related workflows can start cleanly.
Do this
- 1
Open the QuickBooks integration page
Go to integrations and choose QuickBooks.
- 2
Sign in to the correct QuickBooks company
Double-check you are authorizing the right account before approving access.
- 3
Confirm the connection shows as live
Do not leave the page until Zentive clearly shows QuickBooks as connected.
Do this right after connecting
Run one simple sync test immediately so you know the connection actually works, not just that it was authorized.

Know what should sync
Customers, services, invoices, payments, refunds, credits, and approved time can be part of QuickBooks sync or reconciliation. Jobs, routes, photos, and crew notes stay in Zentive.
