Before you start
- You can sign in to the Stripe account linked to Zentive.
What you'll do
Restore the Stripe connection so customers can pay again and billing setup stays usable.
Do this

Open Stripe settings in Zentive
Go to the integration or billing area and check the current Stripe status.

Reconnect the right Stripe account
Follow the reconnect flow and make sure you do not authorize the wrong business account.

Confirm the account is ready to accept payments
Do not stop at connected alone. Make sure it also looks ready for live payment use.
When this article is the right fix
Use this when the Stripe connection itself is broken, not when one individual card payment simply fails.
