Before you start

  • The customer already exists in Zentive.

What you'll do

You will send a customer message from the correct contact record instead of tracking follow-up outside the app.

Do this

    Open Customer Messaging

    Go to the customer messaging section.

  2. 2

    Choose the recipient

    Select the customer or contact you want to message.

  3. 3

    Write and send

    Send the message and confirm it is attached to the right thread or customer record.
