Connect Mailchimp

Settings → MailChimp links an audience so active customers flow into Mailchimp for newsletters and campaigns. Zentive's own broadcasts and automated messages work without it.

What you'll do

Use Mailchimp for designed newsletters and drip campaigns; use Message Center for operational texts, emails, and quick broadcasts.

Do this

  1. 1

    Settings → MailChimp → Connect

    Sign in to Mailchimp and authorize Zentive, or paste an API key if asked.

  2. 2

    Pick the audience

    Choose the Mailchimp audience to receive Zentive customers. Only active customers with an email are synced; opted-out contacts are skipped.

  3. 3

    Check Mailchimp

    The audience shows the synced contacts with a Zentive tag. New customers sync on creation.
