Set up recurring work
Two ways to repeat visits: a Service Agreement with a price and billing schedule, or a plain Recurring series in the job wizard. Which to pick and how each works.
Review and sign a service agreement
Open the agreement from the email, read the services, visit schedule, price, and billing terms, then sign online. Manage it later from the portal's Agreements page.
Create a service agreement
Set up recurring service for a homeowner or commercial account: type and preset, what the price represents, services and visits, billing cadence, renewal, then send for signature.
See your work history and profile
Work History lists the jobs you completed with time, photos, and notes; Profile shows your details; Training holds SOPs and checklists assigned to you.
Create and send an invoice
Build an invoice from scratch, a completed job, a quote, or a template; set terms, billing structure, delivery, tips, and autopay; pass the readiness checks; send it.
Recurring Revenue (MRR) report
Locked-in monthly revenue from active service agreements, with growth over time.
Add a customer
Create one customer by hand from Customers → Add Customer or the setup guide, then use the record's quick actions to book work, quote, invoice, or invite them to the portal.
Add a lead
Capture a prospect with contact details, source, requested service, deal size, stage, and a follow-up date, from Add New Lead, an import, or your public request form.
Need a different way to search?
- Try plain language instead of product terms.
- Search by the problem, not just the feature name.
- Use short phrases like "invoice unpaid" or "crew route missing".
