Before you start
- QuickBooks is already connected and both systems have the customer records you expect.
What you'll do
Line up customer records between Zentive and QuickBooks so billing and bookkeeping stay cleaner.
Do this
- 1
Open the QuickBooks sync controls
Go to the integration settings and find the customer sync action.
- 2
Run the sync and watch for duplicates
Pay attention to customer names, emails, or address mismatches that could create bad matches.
- 3
Spot-check the finished records
Open a few synced customers in both systems so you know the sync landed the way you expected.
Common problem
Duplicate customer names are one of the fastest ways to create messy sync results, so check them first.
