Update your billing card

Swap in a new card before a failed renewal shuts off access or slows down billing.

Before you start

  • You have the new card ready and can open the billing section.

What you'll do

Update the saved billing card so your subscription keeps running without interruption.

Do this

  1. 1

    Open your saved billing method

    Go to billing and find the card currently being charged for the account.

  2. 2

    Replace the old card

    Enter the new card details and save it as the active payment method.

  3. 3

    Double-check the card on file

    Confirm the last four digits and expiration date match what you meant to save.

When to do this

Update the card as soon as one expires, is replaced, or is no longer the card you want tied to the account.
