Do this

Open billing and plan settings
Go to the billing area and find the plan your company is on right now.

Compare what changed in your business
Check crew size, office users, and the tools you need most, like routing, CRM, or reports.

Choose the plan and confirm the billing date
Save the new plan and review when the change takes effect so nobody on the team is surprised.
Good rule of thumb
Pick the plan that fits the business today, not the one you might need a year from now.
