What you'll do
Pause or cancel the account on purpose so the business knows exactly when access changes.
Do this

Open subscription controls
Go to billing and find the section that shows your current plan and account status.

Choose pause or cancel based on the situation
Pause if you expect to come back after the season. Cancel if you are done with the account entirely.

Review the effective date
Make sure you understand when the account changes so the office and crews are not caught off guard.
For seasonal businesses
Pausing is usually cleaner than letting a renewal fail if you know the business will come back next season.
