Before you start
- Jobs, timesheets, and employee assignments are recorded consistently.
What scorecards are for
Scorecards help owners spot coaching needs and recognize reliable performance when the underlying assignments and records are accurate.
Review performance fairly
- 1
Open the correct scorecard
Go to Reports and choose Crew Scorecards or Employee Scorecards.
- 2
Use a meaningful date range
Avoid judging performance from one unusually busy or quiet day.
- 3
Compare similar work
Consider job type, route difficulty, crew size, customer mix, and assigned responsibilities.
- 4
Check the source records
Investigate missing jobs, time, or status updates before discussing a surprising score.
- 5
Use the conversation for coaching
Discuss patterns, expectations, and the next improvement step. Record training or follow-up where your team normally tracks it.

Do not use one metric by itself
Customer experience, safety, job complexity, training, and data quality all affect performance numbers.
