What it answers

Customers with no recent service or open agreement, ranked by past value, so you can reach out before they churn.

What's on the page

  • Tiles: at-risk customers, value at risk.
  • Table per customer with last service date, lifetime revenue, and days since; open the customer or message them from the row.
  • The Win-back automated email targets the same customers.
At-Risk Customers report

Every report works the same way

Date presets (This month, Last 30 days, This year) or a custom Start and End date; Month / Quarter / Year grouping where it applies; stat tiles with a comparison to the prior period; charts; a table; and CSV and PDF buttons at the top right (the PDF includes the charts).
