What it answers

Net collected revenue per customer over the life of the relationship, with a distribution and top customers.

What's on the page

  • Tiles: average LTV, customers.
  • How customer value is spread (customers per revenue band) and Top customers by lifetime revenue.
  • LTV Distribution table and per-customer table; this report replaces the old Sales by Customer and Top Customers reports.

Every report works the same way

Date presets (This month, Last 30 days, This year) or a custom Start and End date; Month / Quarter / Year grouping where it applies; stat tiles with a comparison to the prior period; charts; a table; and CSV and PDF buttons at the top right (the PDF includes the charts).
