Automated messages: what Zentive sends your customers
The 14 automated channels (booking, reminders, on-the-way, completed, review, quote, invoice, win-back, plus two to you), what triggers each, and how to edit or switch them off.
Connect Mailchimp
Settings → MailChimp links an audience so active customers flow into Mailchimp for newsletters and campaigns. Zentive's own broadcasts and automated messages work without it.
Send a broadcast to many customers
Message Center → Broadcasts sends one announcement by email or text to a group of customers, with a daily send limit, scheduling, and drafts.
Use the Message Center inbox and settings
Chat with customers who use the portal from Inbox, and set texting hours, the SMS master switch, the review link, and opt-outs from Settings.
A customer can't sign in to the portal
Work through the five usual causes: no invite yet, expired invite, wrong sign-in page, wrong email or phone on the record, or a business account using the same email.
Choose what Zentive notifies you about
Settings → Notifications controls the push and email alerts you receive: payments, quotes, leads, schedule changes, crew activity, and messages.
Install Zentive on your phone or computer
Add Zentive to your home screen or desktop from Settings → Install App, and turn on notifications so job changes and messages reach you.
See your visits, invoices, agreements, and messages
Where past visits, photos, notes, invoices, receipts, refunds, agreements, locations, and chat with your provider live in the customer portal.
Need a different way to search?
- Try plain language instead of product terms.
- Search by the problem, not just the feature name.
- Use short phrases like "invoice unpaid" or "crew route missing".
