Sign in, see today's jobs, follow the route, tell the customer you're on the way, and close out the job with photos and notes. Everything here works on a phone, and most of it works offline.
Start here on day one
Sign in to the crew app
Open the invite text or email, set your password, and sign in at app.zentive.io/crew/sign-in.
Install Zentive on your phone
Add the icon to your home screen and turn on notifications so job changes reach you.
Start or finish a job
Tap On my way, Start, Pause, and Complete so the office and the customer know where things stand.
Upload job photos
Before-and-after photos are part of closeout; some services require them.
Add job notes
Customer-visible notes go on the job; internal notes stay with the office.
Clock in and review your time
Clock in at the start of the shift, track breaks, and submit your time for approval.
Where things are in the crew app
- Today — today's jobs and the week strip; tap a job to open it
- Route — the map, next stop, ETA, weather, and Navigate to open Google or Apple Maps
- Jobs — every job assigned to you, searchable across dates
- More — Time, Training, Agreements, Work History, Settings (language and notifications), Profile
